Junior Coaching New Summer Term

Dear Parent/Player

As you are aware this Friday (Friday 23rd May) will be the final lesson for the current block. There will be no tennis coaching over half term (26th-30th May). The new block of coaching will commence week beginning Monday 2nd June.

The new summer coaching block will be 6 weeks long with the final Friday being Friday 11th July 2014. The cost for the 6 week block will be £21 per child per session, this can be a cash payment or a cheque made payable to Mr H Khan. Could parent please be reminded that payment is due on the first lesson back after half term. If payment is not received promptly at the start of the first session back then your child will no longer be allowed to attend coaching as we not have a lot of people who I am having to turn away due to group size.

Also I will be chasing up those who have not paid club membership fees to the club as this needs to be completed asap. I will also send a further email about the summer camps that we are running over the summer holidays in the next few weeks.

Coaching April/May 2014

Dear Parent/Player

This is the last week of the current coaching block. The last Friday session will be this Friday 11th April 2014. The new coaching block will start week beginning 28th April 2014. The new block will be 4 weeks long with the last session taking place on Friday 23rd May.

All session are now back at Oadby Tennis Club. Those juniors who have been playing at St Peters Church Hall the session will change to 4-5pm and 5-6pm as in previous years. This means that the total cost per child will be £14 per child per session.

Please ensure payment is ready for collection on the first session back. All those who have not paid membership this needs to be completed otherwise your child will not be permitted to come to coaching.

Over Easter we are running two Easter camps which places are still available for, please contact myself or see the website for details. We look forward to seeing you all after Easter. Have a great holiday

Junior Easter Camp April 2014

Junior Coaching Feb/March/April

The last session of the current coaching block is Friday 14th February 2014.

There is no coaching sessions over half term therefore the next block will begin week beginning Monday 24th February.

The next block is 7 weeks long and ends on Friday 11th April 2014. Please could all  outdoor players bring a cheque(addressed to Mr H Khan) or cash for £24.50  to the first session of the new block.

Last terms Friday indoor sessions at Parklands will now take place indoors 15 mins earlier at St Peters Church Hall, Wigston Road, Oadby, LE2 5QE.

All those who played in the 4-5pm group at Parklands will play in the 3:45-4:45pm session at St Peters and all those who played in the 5-6pm group at Parklands will play in the 4:45-5:45pm session at St Peters. The price of the new 7 week block (which is now indoors at St Peters) will be £35 per child.

All those Mini Red player who attended a Monday Performance session last term (5-6pm at Parklands) will be back at the club outdoors from 5-6pm in the new term. Unfortunately we could not secure an indoor facility for this time/day.

Next Junior Coaching Block - STARTS WEEK BEGINNING JANUARY 6TH 2014

Dear Parent/Player  

I would like to take this opportunity to say Merry Christmas and a Happy/Healthy 2014 to you all. Thank you for your attendance and support over the past year. The current coaching block ended on Friday 13th December 2013.

The new coaching block will start WEEK BEGINNING JANUARY 6TH 2014. The new block will be 6 weeks long and therefore those whose sessions are indoors ( at Parklands) will owe £30 and those whose sessions are outdoors(at the club) will owe £21.

Please can this payment be made on the first week of the block.

As we are in a new year annual Club Membership is also due. It is mandatory that all those who attend coaching become club members, I will be giving you membership forms in the first week, alternatively you can go to www.oadbytennis.co.uk and download a form complete it along with payment and bring it with you to the first session of the block  

All session times and venues are the same as the last block apart from the Monday 4-5pm Red performance session and the Thursday 5:30-6:30pm Red Performance session.

These sessions will be merged together will both take place indoors at Parklands Leisure centre indoors. This will result in the price for the session being £30 for 6 weeks.

The day and time of this session has not been confirmed by Parklands yet so I will inform those involved when I have received confirmation. It is likely to be Monday 4-5pm or Thursday 4-5pm.

Junior Coaching - Winter Block, starting 28 Oct 2013

The final Friday of the current coaching block is 18th October 2013. There will be NO TENNIS over half term 21st-25th October 2013.

The new winter block with start week beginning Monday 28th October 2013 and will run for 7 consecutive weeks up until Friday 13th December  

All session times and days are the same as this current coaching block (for information on times and days of session see www.oadbytennis.co.uk)

The 7 week block will cost £24.50 for those who are playing in outdoor sessions at Oadby Tennis Club

The only change to the (new) winter block is for those Mini Red (8 and under) who play in the 4-5pm and/or 5-6pm on Fridays . These session will be held indoors at Parklands Leisure Centre (LE2 5QG) and not at Oadby Tennis Club. Due to the cost of the indoor venue lesson will increase in price to £5 per lesson therefore the block price for the players in these sessions will be £35.      

Hassan will be away for the first two weeks of the block so could you please insure that all payments are made on the first session your child attends. Ben will be in charge of making sure payments are collected.
